Challenge
Small operations teams juggle spend data across five or six disconnected tools with no single, trustworthy view.
Approach
Designed a single ledger surface with strong defaults — connected accounts, categorized spend, and a dashboard that answers 'are we on track' in one glance.
Design
A restrained data-dense interface: quiet color used only to signal state (on track, at risk, over), generous whitespace around every number so nothing important gets lost in noise.
Engineering
Modeled as a true multi-tenant system from day one — row-level isolation, role-based access, and an ingestion pipeline built to normalize inconsistent data from multiple providers.
