Privacy Policy

This site collects information you choose to give us: the name, email address, company name, and project details you submit through the contact form. We don't require an account, and there's nothing to sign up for beyond that form.

We use Vercel Analytics to see which pages people find useful. It's cookie-free and doesn't collect personal data or build a profile of you across sites — we see aggregate counts, not individuals. It only runs if you accept the banner shown on your first visit; declining turns it off entirely. We don't run advertising trackers, and we don't use third-party cookies.

Solely to respond to your message. Submitting the contact form sends your details to our team by email, via our email delivery provider (Resend), so we can read it and reply. We don't use it for marketing lists, retargeting, or anything beyond that single purpose unless you separately agree to something else.

Nobody, except the infrastructure required to deliver your message to us — our email provider processes the submission in transit and does not use it for its own purposes. We do not sell, rent, or otherwise share contact-form data with third parties.

We retain contact-form submissions and any resulting correspondence for as long as is reasonably useful to a potential or ongoing working relationship, and delete it on request (see below).

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, at any time, by emailing hello@silviontechnology.com. We'll respond within a reasonable timeframe and confirm once it's done.

If how we handle data changes in a meaningful way — adding analytics, adding a newsletter, anything that changes what's collected or why — we'll update this page and note the date below.
