These terms cover your use of this website only — browsing it, reading it, and submitting the contact form. They are not the contract for any client engagement; actual project work is governed by a separate agreement negotiated and signed with each client, which takes precedence over anything here.

The text, design, and code of this site belong to Silvion Technology. The work shown under "Work" is explicitly labeled — items marked "Concept Build" are internal concept projects created to demonstrate our approach, not completed client engagements, and should be read as such.

You're welcome to link to this site. Reproducing substantial portions of its content elsewhere without permission isn't.

We aim to keep this site available and accurate, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted access, and information on it (service descriptions, technology lists, pricing ranges) may change without notice as our capabilities and offerings evolve.

Submitting the form is not an offer, acceptance, or the start of a binding engagement — it's the start of a conversation. Any actual project work begins only once both sides have agreed to specific scope, terms, and pricing in writing.

This site and its content are provided as-is. To the extent permitted by law, Silvion Technology isn't liable for damages arising from your use of the site, beyond what's separately agreed in an actual client contract.
