Logistics coordination involves dozens of small decisions per shipment — most repetitive, some genuinely needing a human call.
Approach
Built an agent architecture that owns the repetitive 90% end to end and escalates the remaining 10% with full context, instead of a chatbot that answers questions about the process.
Design
An operator console designed around trust: every agent action is visible, reversible where possible, and logged in plain language before it's logged as data.
Engineering
Tool-scoped agent with explicit permission boundaries, a task-planning loop, and an escalation path that hands off state cleanly to a human operator.
